Would I benefit from these services?
Are you mom? Do you feel exhausted? Are your meals and snacks coming from your kid’s leftovers? Do you sometimes feel like you lost your identity? Are you unhappy with your body? Do you feel restricted in what you can or cannot eat? Are the food labels confusing when your food shopping? Are you stressed when it comes to meal time? Is it hard to please both your kids and husband during dinner? Are you finding ME time? Does exercise feel like a chore? Do you feel bored with the meals you are making now? Is self-control a problem when it comes to not eating your kids leftovers? Do you feel isolated and/or lonely? Do you resent your husband’s lifestyle? Is time-management and organization a struggle?
What are your hours of operation?
My current hours for virtual or phone counseling are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Weekends 9am-8pm. In person counseling sessions, pantry/refrigerator makeovers, and grocery store tours will be accommodated per clients availability.
Do you accept Health Insurance?
As of now, I do not accept any Insurance plans but plan to in the near future.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is due at the time of service. If you signed up for the 6 month package and are paying monthly, then payment is due at the first of each month. Cash, Check or PayPal are accepted forms for payment.
What is your cancellation Policy?
I strongly prefer a minimum of 48 hours notice for canceling (or rescheduling) an appointment. However, I do understand that unexpected occurrences, especially with children can happen and I am willing to be somewhat flexible.
Do sessions expire?
Purchased services and packages will expire within 1 year from initial purchase date.
