Instructions
  1. Either preheat oven at 375 F or make ahead and cook later.
  2. In a bowl, mix the meat, 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Spray the cooking dish with oil of choice and form the meat into a loaf. Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of sauce all over the meatloaf.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
