Pistachio Date Energy Balls
Medjool Dates, Pitted
Soak dates in a bowl of water for 10 minutes and drain.
Place drained dates, oats, flaxseeds, pistachio nuts, and vanilla extract into your blender and mix until combined.
Place mixture into a bowl and mix in the optional golden raisins. Store in the refrigerator for an hour or so and then form into balls. Keep in a closed container in the refrigerator.
