Breastfeeding and need a snack that will help with your milk flow and give you some energy? Even if your not breastfeeding, these are excellent nutrient dense energy balls. As my husband always says, will I start producing milk if i eat these…LOL Brewers yeast. It has been shown that brewers yeast, flaxseeds, and oats are great foods to help with milk supply and even if you don’t believe it – their great foods to incorporate in your regimen anyways so its a WIN WIN! I ate these all the time during my breastfeeding days, especially in the middle of the night when I was STARVING.

Instructions
  1. Except for chocolate chips, put all ingredients into your mixer. Once combined, add in the chocolate chips and mix for a few seconds more.
  2. Refrigerate the mix for about 2 hours and then let it sit out for 10 minutes and form into balls. Keep them in a closed container in the fridge.
